In order to make more sawteeth pass through the sawing path at the same time, if the pitch of sawteeth of the woodworking band saw machine is reduced, the amplitude of the angle of the tooth hook is increased, and the depth of the tooth bottom is deepened, thus eliminating sawdust, it is more suitable. Ideal requirements for materials, but to design a good tooth profile, you must have rich experience and perseverance.

Sawtooth is more durable when sawing cork or wood with slightly harder texture. Therefore, when the band saw is running, the linear speed of the band saw blade should be reduced to less than 3,000 meters per minute; The serrated tooth angle decreases. The size of the sawtooth reduces the resistance of the sawtooth in the material. In order to strengthen the strength of the sawtooth tip, the depth of the sawtooth is very shallow.

The horizontal band saw machine can reduce the friction between the band saw blade and the wood by making the band saw blade smoothly pass through the gap of the wood sawed by the band saw blade. The kneader prevents the band saw from being bitten by sawing (i.e., a cut for sawing wood), and must make the serrated tip portion thicker than the thickness of the saw blade itself, and the thickened portion is referred to as a sawing path.
