Debugging Work of Band Saw Machine Before Use

The horizontal band saw machine manufacturer introduces the debugging work of the band saw machine before use, and the inspection and debugging of the band saw machine before formal use: 

1. Before testing the machine, the installation accuracy of the machine tool must be adjusted. 

2. Add lubricating oil to the parts to be lubricated, and check that all moving parts are barrier-free within the range of motion.

3. Check whether the motor insulation performance is good and the rotation direction is correct. 

4. The above three points have been checked. After there is no problem, the idling test shall be carried out: check whether there are any vibration and bearing heating and other undesirable phenomena in each part. 

5. If the idling condition is good, the strip hanging can be started: the thickness and length of the used saw blade must be checked before hanging the strip. The whole saw blade does not have convexo-concave and warpage. The welding place shall be smooth, with sharp serrations and correct sawing path. When hanging the strip, be careful not to let the serrated edge contact the saw wheel surface. The root of the serration is about 10mm from the end face of the rim. Operate the lifting device of the saw path, tension it initially, turn the upper wheel by hand, and carry out trial rotation. If it is found that the saw blade moves inward (or outward), pull back the lifting handwheel, lift the right guide pillar separately, and adjust the inclination of the upper saw wheel until the saw blade runs smoothly. Then adjust the tension of the saw blade to make it firmly stable at a certain position of the saw wheel. 

6. Check whether the automatic adjustment structure of tensioning device is flexible and reliable. Press a heavy hammer with your hand, the greater the elasticity, the lighter the weight; the smaller the elasticity, the heavier the weight. If the weight is too light, the saw blade will swing left and right and move back and forth during operation, resulting in poor quality of sawn timber. If the weight is too heavy, the strip will break easily if the operation is stable. Therefore, the weight of the heavy hammer is generally kept moderate, and it is better to be lighter.
