The upper saw wheel lifting device is used for loading and unloading and adjusting the tightness of the band saw blade; The upper saw wheel tilting device is used to prevent the band saw blade from falling off the saw wheel during sawing. The band saw blade tensioning device can endow the upper saw wheel with elasticity to ensure the stability of the tensioning degree of the band saw blade in operation; The old type uses spring or lever weight mechanism, while the new type uses pneumatic and hydraulic tensioning devices. The guide device is commonly called saw card to prevent the band saw blade from twisting or swinging during sawing. The lower saw card is fixed at the lower end of the lathe bed, while the upper saw card can be adjusted up and down along the vertical slide rail. The saw card structure has roller type and slide type, and the slide type is made of hardwood or wear-resistant plastic. Band sawing machines are widely used in the wood industry with various models, which can be divided into big band sawing machines, re-cutting band sawing machines and joinery band sawing machines according to their technological uses.
